Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DogSport (dogsport.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
DogSport is a web-based platform for working dog sport handlers to log training sessions, record trial results, find training clubs, and track their progress. The service is currently provided free of charge.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit (dog profiles, training data, trial results, club information). By submitting content, you grant DogSport a license to store, display, and process it to provide the service.
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on the rights of others
- Contains malicious code or spam
Club Directory
The club directory is community-maintained. DogSport does not guarantee the accuracy of club listings, contact information, or training schedules. If you submit a club listing, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape or collect data from the service without permission
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
Disclaimer
DogSport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
DogSport is a training tracking tool and does not provide veterinary, training, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for dog training and health decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DogSport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
